LISA
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

ANN HAMILTON

Ann was born in Northern California and moved to Louisiana when she was 5, so she considers herself a transplanted southerner as well as a Californian, but she has called New York City her home for 20 years now. She has been a working actor since the early 1990s, her first major acting role was as a contract player on Guiding Light. She has been on camera in dozens of television commercials and also works as a voice-over artist. Other acting roles include Magic Mike XXL, A&E’s Roots, Steven Soderbergh’s Schizopolis, and numerous television shows. Three years ago she co-wrote, produced, and acted in the award-winning short Plot, directed by her husband Jeremy Folmer. That project instigated the desire to collaborate on another project, and thankfully Jeremy and Laurence Lau were developing a short from the play The God Game and invited her to join them in producing and acting in the film. Up next—she is working on a project with some female writers, various working titles include: The Menopause Project, We are 45-60 Year Old Women—these are our Stories, and HELLO!! Yep, still here.
